Terms of Service

COPYRIGHT 𒌋
• I, as the creator of the artwork, can use it anywhere to promote my artwork;• Your commission is for your personal use only;• If you want to publish it somewhere, please credit me.

PAYMENT 𒌋
• Payment currency is USD, made via PayPal invoice;• The full amount must be paid once the draft has been approved;• If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before starting the outline/painting process. This way you will be entitled to a refund;• If you withdraw from the product after the artwork has started the contouring/painting process, you will not receive a refund;• If you don't like something in the artwork, let me know while it's still in the sketch stage. Otherwise, once the artwork is finished and you don't like it, you won't be entitled to a refund;• I don't do art with deadlines.

COMMISSIONS / YCH 𒌋
• Bloody artwork that is more detailed and complicated will cost more and will be discussed with the client before the order is accepted;• Conventional artwork prices may change depending on the complexity of the artwork and the details of the character;• I have the right to refuse your request if I see that it doesn't suit my art style, that I feel uncomfortable or that I feel I can't do it;• I ask that you describe what you want well, being clear about the details. If possible, send me digital images (examples of poses or similar) for better understanding;• Additional details or requests for artwork without shading, the price can be discussed and changed;• I don't accept stolen characters, but if the drawing is fanart I will draw it. If the character is not a public OC, it is only accepted with the creator's supervision;• If your art is by your OC, I ask you to send ready-made references of him. I don't accept your appearance by description;• Before starting the outline, I will make a sketch and send it to you for feedback and approval. I only make changes during this process. Once the artwork is ready and you want to change it, you will be charged an extra fee, depending on the level of complexity;• Changes due to my error or forgetting details on your part (examples: some accessory or different colours), will not be charged;
• I can take between 3 and 5 months after the approved sketch, depending on the complexity and my free time outside of work;• I'll update you on your request as often as I can;• Remember that I work away and use my free time to do commissions, so I ask for your patience regarding replies via private message. Don't rush me, your artwork will be ready as soon as possible.

ADOPTABLES 𒌋
• I recommend that you have a ToyHou.se account so that I can keep track of where the design is;• Don't bid if you can't pay immediately;• Once the character has been bought and you want to return it, I won't accept it, let alone refund the price;• As an alternative to the previous rule, you can resell the character, but only for the same amount you bought it for;• If it is resold, please let me know.
• You can make minor changes to the design, but nothing that makes it unrecognisable;• If the adoptable character is resold, I must be credited for the design.

⛌ FORBIDDEN 𒌋
• Reselling my art under any circumstances (except those adoptable taking into account the previous rules);• The use of my art as NFT, AI or similar;• The use of my art for hate speech or illegal things such as zoophilia, paedophilia, nazism, racism and others;• Removing the signature, taking credit for the art, commercialising/reproducing it, editing it or any action that takes away my copyright.
